So, you're arriving to beautiful Vancouver by cruise ship and you've decided that your time is valuable so you went with Vancouver Shuttle Hires private cruise ship transfer. No waiting in hour long taxi lines ups or struggling with all of your luggage to the skytrain. But how do you find us? Where do you go now that you're in Vancouver? Well you've come to the right place. This guide will walk you through the few simple steps it takes to get your private minibus right to the port.

Instructions for Calling Up Your Private Cruise Ship Transfer with Vancouver Shuttle Hire

After you've cleared customs and collected your luggage you're ready to call us in. Exit the customs area and ask your group to wait for you in the 'Buses' area.

The 'Buses' area is to the right when you exit customs. Walk past the 'Exit to City' signs (on your right) and past the taxi line ups (on your left).

Look for the sign above the door saying 'Exit to Transit' (see image below). The 'Buses' waiting area is to the right of this door.

Now that your group has gone to the right into the 'Buses' area you're ready to walk through this door (picture above). Walk about 20 metres until you find the 'Bus Dispatch' desk (picture below). Let them know that you have a private shuttle with Vancouver Shuttle Hire. They'll radio down to the holding lot who will put us into the queue to be sent up. Busy days may result in wait times.

Once our spot in line comes up we'll head to the bay number designated to us by dispatch. Dispatch will let you know when we're on our way. Our friendly driver will assist you with your luggage and whisk you away on your next adventure.
