Flight arrival guarantee for transfers from Vancouver International Airport

Your driver will greet your group at International or Domestic Arrivals with a sign displaying the name of the lead traveller. When booking please ensure we have your flight number. We will track your flight to ensure you don't miss your shuttle due to flight delays!

Domestic Arrivals: Look for your driver outside the luggage carousels. Drivers' arrival time is 10 minutes after the arrival of the flight.

International Arrivals: Look for your driver standing on the right side of the arrivals walkway after you've left the secure baggage claim area. Drivers' arrival time is 30 minutes after the arrival of your flight which allows you time to clear customs and collect your baggage.

Important information for heading to YVR:

Please book for the time you would like to leave your accommodation. Our driver will arrive 10 minutes before departure to assist with luggage. Fees apply for delayed shuttle departures.

It is your responsibility to leave enough time to check-in and to clear security and customs to make your flight. While we do our best to take the fastest route possible traffic delays can happen. Please plan accordingly.

General rules of thumb for planning your pickup time:

  • The drive time from downtown Vancouver to YVR varies based on the day. Account for a minimum travel time of 30 minutes in ideal traffic conditions.
  • Domestic travellers should arrive at YVR a minimum of 2 hours before their flight.
  • International travellers should arrive at YVR a minimum of 3 hours before their flight. 

When booking a transfer to/from YVR please include:

  • Name and address of the hotel (if applicable)
  • Pickup time (time you will be ready to leave)
  • Number of guests
  • Number of pieces of luggage
  • Flight number and time (if applicable)
